“You can check in yourself or do it at the reception when you arrive. Eliassen Rorbuer has a really big area, with its own restaurant and a bakery (which opens in June), and private saunas you can book for a fee. The place feels cozy and traditional with all the wooden decor. I booked the Waterfront Superior One-Bedroom Cottage. While it's not super spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, just bring your own seasonings. The bathroom is clean and warm, and they have a smaller hot water……

“We stayed at the Kelo of West Village and it is very clean and cozy where you have your own sauna, bathroom, kitchen and of course the signature igloo. Staff are very helpful and we’ve also met the owner who’s very friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed 5 nights and 3 nights with eye-visible northern lights. Oh and I have to mention, dinner is surprisingly delicious!!!”

“完全自助check in，包含房卡的製作。房間面對港口景觀不錯，但可惜有點小，因為每次從床尾移至窗邊時都會撞到牆上的電視機；但朋友跟我一樣的房型和房價（就在我隔壁），但房間就比我的大很多，我們猜他們那間可能是可以住有使用輪椅的旅客，但是在check in時，螢幕上並沒看到有什麼特別提示。房間有標示水籠頭的水可以生飲，所以房間裡面沒有瓶裝水也沒有快煮壺，如果要喝熱水可以到一樓櫃台，而且一樓櫃台也提供免費的咖啡。第二天check out時，因為太早叫不到Uber，才發現飯店有直接叫TAXI的機器，只是我們不太會使用，後來請櫃枱人員直接幫我們打電話叫車，櫃台人員真的很熱心，不但幫我們叫 TAXI，還主動幫我到餐廳裡面裝熱水（她覺得前枱熱水瓶的水已經不夠熱了）。”

“It is a confined space, no window or air exchanger, no able to sleep. Small room, small as the japanese hotel. Small washing room, I dont think anyone heavier than 90kg can take a shower there. I am 70kg and just fit. Have no idea how come for the high rate.”
